Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days at official@trendandbrands.com with your order number (and photos, for damage). We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
