How long does delivery take?
Orders in the Pakistan store are estimated to arrive in 4–10 business days: 1–3 business days to prepare the order, then the courier's delivery time. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. You can follow your order from your account once it ships.
What is your returns policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The returns policy explains which items are eligible and how a return works.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is optional for Pakistan sellers and is offered only when every seller in your cart has enabled it. Major cards are accepted through our Stripe checkout (Apple Pay and Google Pay appear where your device supports them). Open-box inspection is not currently offered.
Do you ship internationally?
Each store ships within its own country. Switch markets from the header to shop elsewhere.
Is my payment secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
