Trend&Brand LLC ("Trend&Brand," "we," "us," or "our") operates a multi-vendor online marketplace through the Trend&Brand website, mobile applications, seller portals, customer accounts, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"). Trend&Brand enables independent sellers, brands, merchants, and other businesses ("Sellers") to offer products to customers ("Buyers") through the Platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how Trend&Brand collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares personal information relating to visitors, Buyers, Sellers, and users of our website, mobile applications, Seller Dashboard, and other Platform services. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. About Trend&Brand

Trend&Brand LLC is the operator of the Trend&Brand multi-vendor marketplace. The Platform may allow customers to browse products, create accounts, and place orders; Sellers to create marketplace stores, list and manage products, and receive and manage orders; customers and Sellers to participate in reviews and ratings; and Trend&Brand to facilitate payments, orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and marketplace services through web and mobile applications.

2. Important Marketplace Relationship

Trend&Brand operates as a marketplace platform connecting Buyers and independent Sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or transaction, a Seller is an independent business and is responsible for its own products, listings, fulfillment obligations, legal requirements, and handling of information it receives through the Platform. Trend&Brand may process personal information as the marketplace operator and may provide certain information to Sellers when reasonably necessary to facilitate a transaction. Sellers must comply with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws when handling customer information.

3. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Platform. We may collect information from Buyers, Sellers, marketplace visitors, app users, business representatives, customer-support users, individuals who communicate with us, third-party service providers and integrations, and the devices and browsers used to access our Services.

4. Buyer Information

Account information: full name, email address, phone number, login credentials, account preferences, saved addresses, communication preferences.

Order information: products purchased, associated Seller, quantity, price, discounts, order number/date/status, shipping and delivery information, return and refund information, customer-support information.

Shipping information: recipient name, shipping/billing address, phone number, email address, delivery instructions.

Reviews and user content: reviews, ratings, photos, product feedback, questions, comments and other content you submit, which may be displayed according to Platform functionality.

5. Seller and Vendor Information

Because Trend&Brand is a multi-vendor marketplace, Sellers may provide additional information: seller/business name, email, phone, account credentials, business profile, store name and description, and business contact information. Depending on requirements we may collect business registration, address and type, country of operation, tax/VAT/GST registration, and verification/onboarding information.

Seller financial information: to facilitate payouts, we or our payment providers may process bank/payout account information, payment-provider identifiers, transaction information, fees and commissions, and refund/adjustment information. Where a third-party provider handles payments/payouts, it may process financial information under its own privacy policy.

Seller marketplace information: product listings, titles, descriptions, images, videos, prices, inventory, SKUs, categories, brands, shipping details, store policies, ratings, reviews, sales, orders, returns, and Seller communications.

6. Seller Verification and Compliance Information

To protect the marketplace, Trend&Brand may require certain Sellers to complete identity, business, payment, tax, fraud, or compliance verification. We collect only information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose. Where verification is performed by a third-party provider, that provider may process the information under its own practices.

7. Buyer-to-Seller Information Sharing

When a Buyer purchases from a Seller, certain information may be shared with that Seller when reasonably necessary to fulfill the order, ship and deliver the product, provide customer support, process a return or refund, handle an order-related issue, or comply with law. This may include customer name, shipping/contact information, order number, product and quantity, and order-related instructions. Trend&Brand does not intend to provide Sellers with unrelated personal information unnecessary for the transaction.

8. Seller-to-Buyer Information

Certain Seller information may be visible to Buyers, including store/display name, published business information, product information and images, brand information, ratings, reviews, store policies, and shipping information. Sellers should not publish personal information they do not want publicly displayed.

9. Seller Responsibilities Regarding Buyer Information

Sellers must use customer information only for legitimate marketplace purposes, protect it from unauthorized access, not sell it, not use it for unrelated marketing where prohibited, not collect unnecessary or sensitive information, and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws. A Seller must not use customer information obtained through Trend&Brand to build an independent customer database for unrelated purposes where prohibited.

10. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our website or application we may automatically collect: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device identifiers, application version, language and time-zone settings, approximate location derived from technical information, pages visited, products viewed, search activity, referring pages, dates/times, clicks and interactions, application events, error information, crash and diagnostic information, and security/fraud signals. We use this to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Platform.

11. Mobile Application

Depending on the features implemented, our mobile applications may collect account information, device information, application usage, push notification identifiers, crash reports, diagnostic and network information, shopping and order activity, and security information. The application may request device permissions (e.g., camera, photos/media, notifications, location, storage, microphone) only where required for a particular feature. We do not claim to collect information through a permission unless that permission is actually used. If you deny an optional permission, some functionality may not work.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, account sessions, shopping carts, security, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, performance monitoring, marketing measurement, personalization, and service functionality. Some are necessary for the Platform to function. Where required by law, we may provide additional consent or opt-out mechanisms for non-essential technologies.

13. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to operate the marketplace and manage accounts; onboard and verify Sellers; publish listings and facilitate transactions; manage orders, returns, refunds, shipping and Seller payouts; provide customer service and resolve disputes; detect and prevent fraud and abuse and protect Platform security; analyze usage and improve our website, applications, search and recommendations; send order/account/security/service and (where permitted) marketing communications; and comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements and enforce marketplace rules.

14. Payments

Payments may be processed by Trend&Brand and/or third-party payment providers to authorize transactions, complete payments, process refunds and disputes, detect fraud, process Seller payouts, and meet regulatory requirements. Trend&Brand does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes in its own systems where processing is handled by a third-party processor. Review the applicable payment provider's privacy policy for its independent processing.

15. Seller Payouts

For Sellers, Trend&Brand may facilitate or coordinate payouts. Payout-related information may include seller account information, transaction amounts, fees, commissions, refunds, adjustments, payout status, payment-provider identifiers, and banking/payout information. Where a third-party provider processes payouts, it may process the relevant information independently.

16. Shipping and Fulfillment

To fulfill orders, information may be shared with Sellers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, delivery and logistics providers, and customs/import authorities where necessary. Information may include recipient name, shipping address, phone, email, order information, and delivery instructions. Only information reasonably necessary for fulfillment should be shared.

17. Reviews, Ratings, Questions and Public Content

Trend&Brand may allow Buyers and Sellers to submit reviews, ratings, questions, answers, comments, photos, and other content, some of which may be publicly displayed (e.g., display name, rating, review, product, date, uploaded photos). Do not submit sensitive personal information in publicly visible content.

18. Buyer and Seller Communications

The Platform may provide communication features between Buyers and Sellers. Messages may be processed or stored to facilitate transactions, provide support, resolve disputes, detect fraud, enforce rules, protect users, and maintain security. Do not exchange unnecessary sensitive personal information through marketplace communications.

19. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for cloud hosting, databases, payment processing, Seller payouts, shipping, fulfillment, analytics, security, fraud prevention, email delivery, push notifications, customer support, error monitoring, authentication, infrastructure, and marketing. These providers may process information on our behalf or independently under their terms. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us, except where permitted by law.

20. Marketplace Sellers Are Independent Businesses

Sellers are independent businesses and are not necessarily employees, agents, or representatives of Trend&Brand. A Seller may have its own privacy practices and obligations, and when it independently processes your information after receiving it through the marketplace, it may be responsible for its own processing. Trend&Brand may take reasonable enforcement action against Sellers that misuse customer information.

21. Information Sharing

We may share personal information, where reasonably necessary, with: marketplace Sellers (fulfillment, support, shipping, returns/refunds); Buyers (certain Seller/product information); payment providers (payments, refunds, fraud, disputes, payouts); shipping/fulfillment providers; technology providers (hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, monitoring); professional advisors (legal, accounting, tax, insurance); government and legal authorities where required or permitted; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.

22. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Trend&Brand does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Certain privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising more broadly; where applicable law provides specific rights, we will provide the required notices and choices.

23. Marketing

We may send promotional communications where permitted (product offers, seller promotions, announcements, discounts, new features, campaigns). You may unsubscribe via the available mechanism. We may still send essential communications such as order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notifications, account security messages, and important service announcements.

24. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for marketplace operations, customer and Seller accounts, orders and transactions, tax and accounting requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, security, and enforcement of agreements. Retention periods vary by information type and legal requirements. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law.

25. Data Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards, which may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit where appropriate, secure infrastructure, monitoring and logging, security updates, restricted administrative access, fraud detection, and backup/recovery controls. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

26. International Data Processing

Trend&Brand may operate and use service providers in multiple countries, so personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we will take appropriate measures.

27. Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; data portability; withdrawal of consent; opting out of certain marketing; rights relating to targeted advertising or certain sales/sharing; and to appeal certain decisions where required. 28. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information; to know how information is used and disclosed; to opt out of certain sales or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable; and to receive equal treatment for exercising privacy rights. 29. European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If the GDPR or UK data-protection legislation applies to you, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and rights relating to automated decision-making. We may process information based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent. Legitimate interests may include operating the marketplace, providing support, preventing fraud, protecting security, improving our Services, managing Seller relationships, and maintaining marketplace integrity.

30. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 where prohibited by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact official@trendandbrands.shop and we will take reasonable steps as required by law.

31. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, marketplaces, payment services, social networks, Seller websites, and other services. Trend&Brand is not responsible for their privacy practices or security; review the privacy policy of any third-party service you access.

32. Seller Websites and External Services

Some Sellers may link to their own websites or external services. Once you leave the Trend&Brand Platform, the third party's privacy policy and terms may apply. Trend&Brand does not control how an independent Seller operates an external website.

33. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account in the app (Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account), on the web at https://trendandbrands.shop/delete-account, or by contacting official@trendandbrands.shop. Deleting an account removes your account, profile, and associated personal data. It may not immediately delete information we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain, including certain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting records; where retained, order records are anonymized so they no longer identify you. Seller accounts may be subject to outstanding orders, refunds, disputes, payouts, or legal obligations before complete closure.

34. Privacy and Security Incidents

If Trend&Brand becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate and take appropriate steps based on the nature of the incident and applicable legal requirements. Where notification is legally required, we will provide notice through the appropriate channels.

35. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to new features, changes to services, providers, technology, applicable laws, or business operations. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes. The "Last Updated" date identifies the latest revision.
