Shipping Policy
Shipping Overview
We ship to all 50 US states from our USA-based fulfillment network. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (FREE on orders $50+)
Express Shipping
Processing Time
Orders placed before **2 PM EST** on business days (MondayโFriday) ship the **same day**.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the **next business day**.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through our carrier's website.
You can also track your orders in your **Account Dashboard** under "My Orders."
Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us **immediately** at official@trendandbrands.shop. We will try to intercept the shipment if it has not yet shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with neighbors and your building management
2. Wait 24 hours โ packages are sometimes marked delivered early
3. Contact us at official@trendandbrands.shop and we'll open an investigation
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
