Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

Returned within **30 days** of the delivery date

Item is in **original, unused condition**

Original packaging and accessories are included

Item is not damaged due to customer misuse

Non-returnable items:

Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Customized or personalized products

Digital products

How to Start a Return

1. Email **official@trendandbrands.shop** with your order number and reason for return

2. We'll review your request and send a **prepaid return shipping label** within 24 hours

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

4. Drop off at any UPS or USPS location

5. We'll process your refund within **3-5 business days** of receiving the return

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your **original payment method**:

Credit/debit cards: 3-5 business days to appear

PayPal: 1-3 business days

**Note:** Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for a different color or variant within 30 days. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll ship the replacement upon receiving your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please:

1. Take photos of the item and packaging

2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

3. We will send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the incorrect item

Warranty Claims
