Buyers can request the deletion of their accounts at any time by contacting our privacy desk.Sellers have access to automatic Customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) masking policies within their Seller Dashboard, allowing buyer names, phone numbers, and addresses on completed order logs to be automatically masked after 14, 30, or 90 days to protect customer privacy.Financial transactions and tax records are retained only as long as required by law.4.
