Affiliate Terms & Conditions

The Trend&Brand Affiliate Program allows content creators, influencers, and publishers to earn commissions by promoting Trend&Brand products. By applying to and participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

To qualify for the Trend&Brand Affiliate Program, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have an active social media account or website/blog platform
• Must be reviewed and approved by Trend&Brand
• Cannot be a current Trend&Brand employee or an immediate family member of one
• Must comply with all FTC disclosure requirements, including clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship to your audience

• Applications are reviewed manually within 2–3 business days
• Trend&Brand reserves the right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason
• Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code and a coupon code to share with their audience
• Multiple accounts per individual are strictly not allowed

• Your referral links follow the format: trendandbrands.shop/?ref=yourcode
• Do not modify or shorten referral links in any way that breaks tracking functionality
• Cookie window: 30 days from the customer's first click on your link
• Last-click attribution — if a customer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the last affiliate link clicked before the purchase receives credit

Commission rates vary by product category:

• Commission is calculated on the product sale price, excluding taxes and shipping
• Commission rates may be updated with a 30-day advance notice to active affiliates

• Trend&Brand uses a 30-day cookie window
• The tracking cookie is set when a customer first clicks your referral link
• If the customer subsequently clicks another affiliate's link, the cookie is overridden and the other affiliate receives credit (last-click attribution)

• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payment cycle: Monthly — payments are processed on the 1st of each month
• Commissions are approved 14–30 days after confirmed delivery of the order
• Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn commission
• Available payment methods: PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Bank Transfer
• Trend&Brand is not responsible for payment delays resulting from incorrect or outdated payment details provided by the affiliate

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Spam: No unsolicited emails, messages, or comments promoting your affiliate link
• Fake product claims: No misleading promotions or false statements about Trend&Brand products
• Fake reviews: Publishing fabricated or incentivized reviews without disclosure
• Discount manipulation: Do not falsely advertise higher discounts than your coupon actually provides
• Trademark misuse: Do not use "Trend&Brand" or "TrendAndBrands" in domain names or paid ad display URLs
• Paid advertising: Running paid ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) using Trend&Brand brand keywords requires prior written permission
• Self-referral: Purchasing through your own referral link is strictly prohibited
• Cookie stuffing / click fraud: Any artificial inflation of clicks or commissions
• Sub-affiliates: Working with or recruiting sub-affiliates without explicit approval from Trend&Brand

• Trend&Brand actively monitors all affiliate activity for suspicious or fraudulent patterns
• Self-referrals result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions
• Suspicious IP patterns, bot traffic, or abnormal click volumes will be flagged and investigated
• Trend&Brand reserves the right to withhold payment if fraud is suspected, pending the outcome of an internal investigation

• Trend&Brand may terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the brand
• Affiliates may choose to resign from the program by contacting us at official@trendandbrands.shop
• Upon termination, approved commissions will be paid out at the next scheduled payment cycle
• Pending commissions (not yet approved) are forfeited upon termination

• Trend&Brand reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Changes will take effect 14 days after notification to active affiliates via email
• Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
